Moyes will advance Everton. – Dyche

Former manager Sean Dyche claims that David Moyes will “drive the club ahead” at Everton.

Two days after Dyche is dismissal. Moyes was named manager on Saturday for his second stint.

After taking over in January 2023. Moyes will advance Everton finish in 15th place last season, 14 points clear of relegation despite an eight-point deduction for breaking financial rules, and one spot above the Premier League relegation zone in 2023–24.

At 16th place in the standings, Everton is one point ahead of the bottom three.

“David is a manager I have great regard for, and I hope he and his staff will assist to take the club ahead again and build on the stable footing we have created in the previous two years,” Dyche said in an external statement issued through the League Managers Association.

“With the team doing well, the moment has come to leave the club.

“I will always take great delight in the fact that I have fulfilled my role as a custodian.”

Last season, Everton received two sanctions for financial violations.

The Premier League punished them 10 points, which were then lowered to six after an appeal, and then two points.

Occurred during one of the “toughest eras” in Everton’s history. According to Dyche.

On Wednesday, Moyes’ first league game back will be Everton’s match against Aston Villa.

From 2002 until 2013, he was Everton’s manager. He led the team to the FA Cup final and nine times finished in the top eight.
